Project Validus is a highly strict, 12-week fitness and nutrition based plan for individuals looking to maximise their results through programmed training. It is a personalised health plan, instructed by an experienced fitness and nutrition professional. Project Validus includes a full strength and cardiovascular training plan, complete nutritional guidance and weekly contact with your coach. This plan is suitable for all abilities as the individual's current ability level will not determine their commitment and adherence to the programme. You will not only notice the difference in your health and quality of life, but you will also set yourself up for an indefinite lifestyle change. 

There are 5 key goals that Project Validus will help you to achieve:

  • Build strength over all muscle groups

  • Lose excess body fat

  • Improve overall physique

  • Help to gain confidence, both inside and outside of the gym

  • Develop discipline, routine and mental resilience

Project Validus Application: Stage 1

To successfully take on Project Validus, you will need to meet the minimal requirements and expectations of the programme. Completing stage 1 of the application will determine whether you are ready to commit to a strict weekly schedule, with the intention of carrying out the entire programme.


If the application is successful, you will be sent the second stage of the application. The second stage of the application will address any individual requirements, such as injury, medications, dietary requirements and other potential personal issues.
